Main differences of fire doors
The difference between the anti-theft door and the fireproof door is that the anti-theft door has a good anti prying sealing performance. Generally, the door cannot be opened without a key after closing the door. The filler in the door panel is not fireproof material. The security door must be marked with "FAM" and refer to the general technical conditions of security door GB17565-2007. Although the fireproof door is also made of steel, the door plate is filled with fireproof materials, and the thickness of the door plate also has different requirements. The steel door is an ordinary steel door. It also has a certain anti-theft function, but its anti prying performance is relatively poor. This type is common in street processing plants.
Only Shanghai and Chengdu have local standards for fire and burglar proof doors, and those in other places can only be called fire entry doors, that is, fire doors that reach the standard of fire rated A or B, and (filled with fire door cores) Class A and B standards are generally divided by fire resistance time. At the same time, anti prying requirements shall be met in the following aspects:
The door frame is 1.5 thick, and the front and back steel plates of the door leaf are 0.8 thick
The lock has the anti prying function, that is, the lock body has both an oblique lock tongue and a square lock tongue, and has the quick opening function. It is a good twist type, but it is not allowed to install a heaven and earth lock.
Locks and cat eyes shall be provided with fire detection reports. Class B fire doors can be fitted with door collars, while Class A fire doors are not allowed.
At the time of acceptance, the merchant must provide fire type approval certificate, fire detection report and metal door detection report. Fire detection report of locks and cat's eyes.
The door leaf is opened in the direction of rapid evacuation and cannot be opened inward.
Wooden heat insulated fireproof door
This standard specifies the product classification, specifications, dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of wood thermal insulation fire doors. This standard is applicable to fire doors that use wood or wood products as door frames, door leaf frames, and door leaf panels.
Difference between electric control fire door and ordinary fire door:
difference:
With emergency and statistics functions, the system can automatically display the physical location of the specified cardholder on the computer for timely contact.
In case of fire and other emergencies, the electrically controlled fire door will automatically open for escape, and the entrance and exit can also be automatically opened; In case of illegal access, it will automatically alarm;
Standard for wood thermal insulation fire door
Wooden heat insulated fireproof door refers to a wooden door that uses wood or wood products as door frame, door leaf frame, door leaf panel, and heat insulation materials filled in the door leaf or wood or wood products as door frame and door leaf. If necessary, it can also be installed with Class A composite fireproof glass on the door leaf and a bright window consisting of door frame and Class A composite fireproof glass is set above the door leaf, The door, which is equipped with fireproof hardware fittings, can meet the requirements of fire integrity and heat insulation.
According to the fire resistance limit, wooden insulated fire doors are divided into Class A, Class B and Class C. The fire resistance performance requirements are 90min, 60min and 30min respectively. The wood used to make solid wood fire doors needs drying and flame retardant treatment, and its moisture content should not be greater than 12%. When limited by conditions, the water content during production shall not be greater than the local equilibrium water content.
The hardware fittings used for wooden thermal insulation fire door must be fire resistant hardware fittings, and the main hardware fittings are: fire hinge (hinge), fire bolt, fire door lock, fire sequencer, fire door closer, etc.
Fire resistance of wooden insulated fireproof door During the fire resistance test, the wooden insulated fireproof door shall meet the conditions specified in the standard within the time required by its fire resistance.
① Integrity:
There is no flame burning continuously for more than 10s on the back fire surface;
If there are cracks, holes or other pores on the back fire surface without flame, the combustible 20mm~30mm away from these pores shall not be ignited within 10s~30s;
The sample shall not collapse across.
② Thermal insulation:
When the average temperature rise of the temperature measuring points on the solid wood fire door reaches 140 ℃ or the temperature rise of any temperature measuring point reaches 180 ℃, its heat insulation is judged to be lost.
When conducting product consistency inspection on site, the following contents shall be checked:
1. Whether the product appearance is consistent with the standard requirements;
2. Whether the product identification is consistent with the standard requirements;
3. Whether the product structure is consistent with the test report;
4. Whether the product material is consistent with the test report;
5. Whether the performance parameters of the product are consistent with the test report.
