Installation and installation requirements of fireproof rolling shutter door  

Fireproof rolling shutter doors are widely used in shopping malls, shopping malls and underground garages, but the specific installation steps, let alone laymen, are not necessarily explained in detail even if they are made of fireproof rolling shutter doors. The following is a detailed description of the installation of Henan fireproof rolling shutter doors step by step:

Step 1: Install the guide rail

1. Determine the installation position of the guide rail on both sides of the fire shutter door, set out the reference line of the guide rail with a hammer line, and set out the cross line of the fixing bolt of the guide rail connector. The guide rail shall not exceed the ceiling by less than 75cm.   

2. Punch the holes for fixing expansion bolts of connectors on the wall column with a percussion drill. The spacing between connectors shall not be more than 600mm, and both ends shall be 100mm away from the guide rail opening. Fix several connecting pieces up and down first, stick the guide rail, correct its verticality and spot weld it, and then repeat the verticality of the guide rail after fixing the guide rail. The verticality of each meter shall not exceed 5mm, and the verticality of the whole length shall not exceed 20mm. The depth of the composite curtain embedded in the guide rail (see GBl4102-2005).   

3. Install the rest of the connecting pieces. Spot welding shall be adopted between the connecting piece and the guide rail. The spot welding points between each connecting piece and a guide rail shall not be less than 5, and the width of the spot welding shall not be less than 5mm. The welding point shall never be penetrated. Stainless steel welding rod shall be used when stainless steel guide rail is used.   

Step 2: Install the reel

1. According to the design center height of the reel in the detail drawing, determine the center position of the active support plate on the column or wall, and set out the center cross line of the expansion bolt.   

2. With the center of the main support plate as the benchmark, use the horizontal plastic pipe to find out the corresponding driven support plate center and the cross line of the driven expansion bolt hole.   

3. Drilling: when drilling expansion holes with impact drills, the drill bit shall be perpendicular to the cylinder surface. If individual screw holes touch the reinforcement and cannot be drilled, they can be moved properly, but the firmness and appearance cannot be affected.   

4. Install the straight brace

(1) Install the active support plate (the support of the drive machine is connected in advance and welded on the support plate), and tighten the expansion bolt through the hole of the support plate with nuts, spring coils and flat washers. The surface of the support plate is required to be perpendicular to the reel.   

(2) The direction of installing the driven bearing plate is the same as above, but before tightening the bolts, the horizontal pipe is required to check whether the center height of the driven bearing plate is consistent with that of the active bearing plate, and the levelness is controlled within 1/300 of the height of the opening. If there is any deviation, adjust it in time.   

(3) Bearing plates follow the weight of the whole door. Some bearing plates are not stable enough although they are fixed with expansion bolts, so they should be supplemented with support or stiffeners. The bearing plates are fixed on the site, welded together, and fixed on the brick wall with split bolts.   

5. Install the fireproof reel

(1) Before installing the reel, first fix the direction of the hanging plate and install it on the reel, then install 4-6 curtain plates on the hanging plate and fasten them on the reel with iron wires.   

(2) Pay attention to safety when hoisting reels. Assign special personnel to command, and check the herringbone ladder, scaffold and chain block. When installing Henan fireproof rolling shutter door, first insert the smooth shaft of the bearing and seat into the end hole of the rolling shaft, align the position, and then tighten the bearing fixing bolts.   

(3) After the reel is mounted, the reel can be moved left and right to adjust the position. At the same time, recheck the level of the reel with a level ruler and a horizontal tube. After adjustment, the smooth shaft and the reel shall be fully welded and fixed, and the smooth shaft and the bearing shall be fixed with supporting screws.   

(4) Pay special attention not to damage the shutter rolled on the shaft when hoisting the reel, and pad the plank when binding with steel wire rope.

Step 3: Install the auxiliary shaft in special occasions, when the auxiliary shaft must be installed:

1. Determine the center height of the auxiliary shaft at one end of the gate post, and set out the cross line of the connecting bolt hole of the bearing plate. With this as the benchmark, the rigid horizontal tube finds out the center position of the auxiliary shaft at the other end of the gate post, and sets out the cross line of the screw hole of the bearing plate.   

2. Drill expansion bolt holes with impact drill, and the requirements for upper expansion bolt are the same as before.   

3. The upper bearing pedestal and auxiliary shaft shall be rechecked for levelness, and the operation shall be the same as that of the shaft.   

Step 4: Install the motor of the fireproof rolling shutter door

Put the chain on the chain wheel on the support. Before fixing the drive base, put the chain on the small chain wheel, and then tighten the fixing bolt. At this time, shaking the chain can make the reel rotate.   

Step 5: Installation of curtain plate

1. First, loosen several curtain plates on the roller shutter, use a horizontal tube and a ruler to check that the unevenness of the roller shutter is not more than 1/300 of the height of the opening. If the inclination is out of tolerance, find out the cause and adjust it.   

2. Rotate the roller to put the curtain board on and install the bottom beam of the curtain board. Attention shall be paid to the head when installing the curtain board. In addition, if other curtain boards are put together in advance, special attention shall be paid to the movement, and the curtain board shall not be deformed when binding.   

4. Check whether the circular curved opening on the guide rail is suitable, then put down the roller shutter and walk around to observe whether there is jamming.   

Step 6: When it is necessary to install the supporting roller in the design of installing the supporting roller frame, first determine the position of the bracket on the wall columns on both sides of the door. The method is the same as that of the reel. After installing the support, install the supporting rollers. The center height and levelness of each supporting roller should be uniform, and then fix them.   

Step 7: Install the electric control box, lock box, etc

1. Henan fireproof rolling shutter door shall be placed with lock box and cross line of electric control box screw hole according to requirements, and holes shall be drilled with impact drill. The lock box and electric control box shall be installed in a flat and vertical manner and fixed with M6 or M8 bolts firmly.   

2. Install the wire tube connection lock box and the electric control box, and screw the two ends of the wire tube with special nuts. If the demander needs, copper connectors can be used for connection. The distance between the wire tube clamps is generally not more than 100cm.   

3. Install electric control board and limiter.   

4. The connection line, switch line, power line, signal line, etc. of the grounding apparatus shall be in accordance with the "Low voltage User Electrical Equipment Regulations". The two ends of the wires in the metal hose shall be wrapped with plastic tubes or (yellow wax tubes), and the grounding wire shall be two-color wire. Special attention shall be paid to the firmness of the grounding wire.   

5. Turn on the power supply, manually put down the roller shutter by a third button, roll the shutter, adjust the upper and lower limits, and then operate the roller shutter to walk up and down several times to check whether the roller shutter runs smoothly.   

Step 8: Install the fire partition wall

1. Place the position line of fire partition wall. The fire partition wall shall be as close to the reel and guide rail as possible without affecting the roller shutter.   

2. According to the setting out, the impact drill shall be used at the wall side and the expansion bolt shall be fixed at the top.   

3. Install the fireproof board into the angle steel frame and fix it by electric welding. The installation of the fireproof partition wall shall be straight and firm.   

Step 9: Paint: after installation, the welding scar (welding slag and rust layer shall be removed) shall be coated with antirust paint on the parts not subject to anti-corrosion treatment.
