How to control the quality of fire door production
Process quality control is the basic point of process quality control and the important content of on-site quality control. The formation process of product quality includes multiple processes, which are defined in three categories:
1、 General process : Process that plays a general role in product quality;
2、 Key process : Processes that play an important and key role in product quality, especially reliability quality;
3、 Special process : The results cannot pass the subsequent inspection and test, but can only pass the process that can be fully verified after use.
Establish process quality control points, that is, while strengthening the quality control of general processes, take effective control methods, focus on key processes and special processes, and ensure that processes are always under control. The main work includes the following aspects:
1. Establish process quality control points according to relevant principles, prepare a table of key process control points in process documents, list important control parameters and control contents, and clearly identify key processes and special processes with special seals;
2. Set up signboards at the production site, the deputy technical director of the workshop is responsible for the daily work of the control points, and the project manager in charge of the products of the process department is responsible for supervision and random inspection;
3. Prepare process procedures and operation instructions, and put forward specific technical requirements for personnel, tooling, equipment, operation methods, production environment and process parameters;
4. Important process parameters and characteristic values of process documents must be subject to process evaluation or process verification;
5. Operators must strictly observe the process discipline, carry out the first inspection and self inspection in a timely manner, and insist on making original production records, which shall be checked and confirmed by the person in charge of the control point;
6. Inspectors must inspect in strict accordance with the process procedures and inspection instructions, make original inspection records, and report to the Quality Supervision Department every week;
7. The person in charge of the quality control point must insist on daily inspection and collection of original records, and use statistical techniques such as questionnaires, control charts, cause and effect charts to conduct statistical analysis and monitoring;
8. Production equipment, inspection and test equipment, tooling and measuring instruments must be in good condition and under control. When it is found that the control method of the process quality control point cannot meet the process capability requirements, the person in charge of the control point shall immediately report to the process department, and the process department shall organize relevant personnel to analyze, improve and improve, so as to ensure that the process is under control and enable the process to produce qualified products stably for a long time.
