1、 What is paint free fireproof door

2、 Surface treatment process of paint free fireproof door - how to deal with surface scratches
Most of the paint free doors of Henan fire doors refer to PVC faced doors. It is made of solid wood composite door or molded door with PVC veneer vacuum plastic processing technology. The door pocket is also treated with PVC veneer. Another kind is the finished wooden door that has been painted by the factory. It is also called paint free door.
Light scratches that do not penetrate the primer can be polished with fine sandpaper to remove the scratches, and then painted for protection. It takes several times. Each time, the application area is a little larger than the previous time, and one time is just brushed to the edge of the paint free door.
Deep scratches can only be polished slightly to roughen the paint surface (keep the scratches), and then painted directly. Others are the same as above.
The gloss of the paint should be the same as that of the original paint free door. The components of the menu do not need to be mixed. They are available at any time and can be stored for a long time.
3、 Introduction to surface materials of paint free door
1. PVC material
It is a kind of common paint free door facing material, belonging to plastic decorative film. Generally, it will be pasted on the surface of the wooden door by means of adhesive, and there is also a hot pressing coating process. The production is relatively simple, the design and texture are clear, and there is a large choice space, but the performance of wear-resistant and flame retardant is relatively poor, and it is easy to crack and change color.
2. Vacuum blistering
The process is generally to mill out the shape of the door with medium density board, and then place it on the vacuum plastic machine by spraying glue, so that the plastic PVC film can be adsorbed on the door leaf, and its texture and shape can be clearly displayed.
3. Fireproof board
Generally, the fireproof board used on the paint free door is thin, and the shape of the door leaf surface is also pressed by means of high temperature and high pressure. The treated leaf has good strength, so the performance of abrasion resistance and flame resistance will be better. Of course, it is also convenient and easy to clean, just like the PVC material. If we use it in the kitchen, it will be easy to have oil stains, stains, etc. We can use detergent to clean it. Generally, it will not cause any damage to the surface of the door leaf, and it is environmentally friendly. However, due to the particularity of the material, the space for selecting the door type is relatively small.
