Installation method of fireproof rolling shutter door?
1. Guide rail installation
Determine the installation position of the guide rail on both sides of the fire shutter door, use the impact drill to drill the expansion bolt holes for fixing the connectors on the wall column, fix several connectors up and down on the Henan fire shutter door, stick the guide rail, correct its perpendicularity and spot weld it, after fixing the guide rail, recheck the perpendicularity of the guide rail, install the rest of the connectors, and spot weld it between the connector and the guide rail.
2. Reel installation
According to the design center height of the reel in the detail drawing, the center position of the active support plate shall be determined on the column or wall of the Henan fire door, and the center cross line of the expansion bolt shall be set out. With the center of the main support plate as the benchmark, use the horizontal plastic pipe to find out the corresponding driven support plate center and the cross line of the driven expansion bolt hole. When drilling expansion holes with impact drill, the drill bit shall be perpendicular to the cylinder surface. If individual screw holes touch the reinforcement and cannot be drilled, they can be moved appropriately.
3. Countershaft installation
Henan fire door determines the center height of the secondary shaft at one end of the door post, and sets out the cross line of the bearing plate connecting bolt hole. With this as the benchmark, the rigid horizontal pipe finds out the center position of the secondary shaft at the other end of the door post, and sets out the cross line of the bearing plate screw hole. Drill expansion bolt holes with impact drill, and the requirements for upper expansion bolt are the same as before. The upper bearing pedestal and auxiliary shaft shall be rechecked for levelness, and the operation shall be the same as that of the shaft.
4. Motor installation
Put the chain on the chain wheel on the support. Before fixing the drive base, put the chain on the small chain wheel, and then tighten the fixing bolt. At this time, shaking the chain can make the reel rotate.
5. Installation of roller frame
When it is necessary to install the supporting roller in the design of installing the supporting roller frame, first determine the position of the bracket on the wall columns on both sides of the door. The method is the same as that of the scroll. After installing the support, install the supporting rollers. The center height and levelness of each supporting roller should be uniform, and then fix them.
6. Installation of fire partition wall
Place the position line of fire partition wall. The fire partition wall shall be as close to the reel and guide rail as possible without affecting the roller shutter. According to the setting out, the impact drill shall be used at the wall side and the expansion bolt shall be fixed at the top. Install the fireproof board into the angle steel frame and fix it by electric welding. The installation of the fireproof partition wall shall be straight and firm.
